CookTek's (Patent pending) VaporVent™ delivery bag was designed and engineered to afford optimum performance for both the FlashPak™ and FlashPak™ II Heated Delivery System and to provide the highest quality food product for your delivery operations. Patented design allows for maximum heat retention and minimum humidity levels (less than 70%).
Construction
VaporVent™ is made of 100% Nylon material to provide the strongest, most durable Heated Delivery Bag available. Nylon has the highest melting point of any fabric, and will not shrink. The outer shell and inner lining are constructed of 420D, 100% nylon material. Ergonomically designed carrying handles made of 100% nylon, Velcro™ made of 100% nylon (280 hooks/inch, 400 lb./in. width breaking strength), and double-stitched throughout the bag with 100% nylon thread for added durability. 100% washable.
Insulation
Insulated with 3M Thinsulate™ on all three sides of the bag, and top of the bag. No Insulation is required on the bottom of the bag as the FlashPak™ Disc and Insert Tray provide optimum insulation.
VaporVent™
The Patent pending design includes a 10" square made of Nylon mesh (NFL Football jersey material) in order to expose the Thinsulate™ to the bag and absorb moisture and control humidity. No more soggy boxes, crust or pizzas! VaporVent™ is able to keep the interior bag's humidity levels at less than 70%.
Special Features
Easy to view ticket window made from high temperature film to withstand temperatures and regular use. Special high temperature screen printing inks allow for abrasion resistant logos. Holds three 14" pizzas. Dimensions 18.5 in. x 19.0 in. x 6.0 in.
