ARP Policy

CookTek's Customer Service Mission is to consistently exceed your expectations and keep you fully operational. To accomplish this, we offer the Advance Replacement Program (ARP). The ARP is an optional program in which CookTek will send you a replacement unit in advance, in exchange for your defective unit.

To take advantage of the ARP program, email Once Customer Service receives your email, you will be contacted by phone for additional information regarding your replacement request. CookTek will generally ship a refurbished unit within three business days via UPS ground.

When the replacement arrives:

  • Reuse the same shipping carton, inner cartons, and packaging materials in which the replacement product arrived. The use of other packaging is not recommended and is at the senders risk.
  • Mark the RMA number clearly in large letters on the outside of the box before shipping.
  • A prepaid return label is provided with the box that the replacement unit arrives in. Use this label to return the faulty unit to CookTek. If this label is lost or discarded, the sender is responsible for return shipping fees. CookTek must be notified that the original label will not be used by calling 1-800-908-8726.
  • If the unit is still within the original warranty period, the replacement unit will be covered under the original warranty for the remainder of its term or 90 days whichever is longer. If the unit is out of warranty, the replacement unit will carry a 90 day limited parts warranty, subject to the same coverage limitations as the original warranty.

The defective unit must be returned in the replacement unit packaging to ensure safe return. Damage due to improper packaging and or the unit is lost in shipping outside of CookTek’s possession will result in charges for the replacement unit even if the unit is under warranty. *PLEASE KEEP RECORD(S) OF ALL SHIPPING INFORMATION!*
